‘Tentative Agreement’ to Revive Senate Patent Reform Efforts Announced by Judiciary Committee Chairman

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick J. Leahy (D-Vt.) said at the committee’s Feb. 25 executive business meeting that he and ranking minority member Sen. Jeff B. Sessions (R-Ala.) “have reached a tentative agreement in principle” on “the principles of an agreement that will move this legislation closer to passage.”
