Revised Version of Bipartisan Patent Reform Bill Released by Senate Judiciary Committee

Members of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee March 4 released a revised version of a bipartisan agreement on patent reform that markedly cuts back on many of the provisions that reform proponents have requested since related bills were first introduced in 2005.
