This article reviews the arguments and issues presented in the Bilski v. Kappos case, and provides an analysis of the amicus briefs, as well as a spread sheet analyzing the amicus briefs. The analysis shows that while each industry would have been expected to support the same outcome of the case, that there are differing opinions within a single industry.
